  • Brief Summary

I guess since it has been almost 6 months it is time for another update.

College continues to be fun and boring at the same time. My geology professor puts me to sleep every morning, my biology professor sang "Love Me Tender" before discussing mitosis but after explaining his "charming chinglish", Calculus is taught by a man of Nordic decent, my chem prof has a miami vice look (funny tan, button down short sleeved shirt with a gold chain showing and white socks), while my fencing instructor I still haven't figured out.

Next semester should be better. Almost all biology classes. w00t.
I get to go to the Doctor next week which will be a relief. My labs came back and gave me cholesterol of 243 (it should be at least under 200) and an A1c. of 8.4 (nomral people - 4 to 5, diabetics 6-7). I don't understand considering this year I've cut out fast food and drink a fruit smoothie almost every day. *sigh*

I still want World of Warcraft sometimes.

I am still very much in love with my boyfriend Sean.

I should be getting an apartment next year, hopefully one that lets me have a kitty cat! And this summer I'm spending time in Port Aransas doing study and hopefully abroad in Mexico!

My "permanent" address is now in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. That means few to no trips back home to sugar land. Bummer. I miss is a lot sometimes. I hope everyone is doing awesome! Sweet dreams.

P.S. here is some of the gang from Halloween. I'm the Zelda and Sean is the Link. Cute eh?

If anyone is driving to Austin this summer, please let me know if there's room for one more.
I'll pay for some gas and really really really want to go visit certain loved ones taking summer school.

P.S. I got a job at Hancock's Fabric. It's pretty cool. Of course I wish I made more money, but I get to spend all day ordering notions and seeing other people's cool projects. Why not?

Quote from a judge in the US Circuit Court of Virginia in 1958. This is how he rationaled the banning of inter-racial marriage.

"Almighty God created the races white, black, yellow, malay and red, and he placed them on separate continents. And but for the interference with his arrangement there would be no cause for such marriages. The fact that he separated the races shows that he did not intend for the races to mix."

It s too bad that more stupid things are said to be done by or for the grace of God than anything else.
